Voice operated ATM machines are being installed in New Zealand. This advance in ATM technology will enable the blind and vision-impaired people to use the machines via a series of audio cues.

ATM Growth Boost Euronet Earnings
Euronet Worldwide Inc., a Leawood electronic payments company, said its fourth-quarter net income grew 77 percent as sales climbed to $144.3 million.

The company’s fourth-quarter net income of $8.5 million, or 22 cents a share, topped the $4.8 million, or 14 cents a share, from the same period a year ago.
